bended mirror #1

Bended mirror is a piece from the limited edition mirror series commissioned by renowned Parisian gallery Galerie Kreo. In 2013 bended mirror #1 is presented at the gallery. The mirrors are a perfect continuation of the Muller Van Severen story: a simple shape that is hard to produce. Large plates of stainless steel are cut, bent and polished. The mirrors do not only carry the DNA of Muller Van Severen but also the DNA of Galerie Kreo. The level of detailing is astonishing. The mirrors of the series ‘bended mirror’ combine lushness with soberness. The shapes are simple yet the meticulous production is otherworldly.  By bending the steel the mirrors become unique furniture pieces.
